With nearly 20 years of experience in the building industry, Ursula brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong passion for delivering an exceptional customer journey throughout the home construction process. She also plays a key role in supporting the Building Department at Avia, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals
Ursula’s career began in construction administration with a volume home builder. Over the next 18+ years, she built and led an internal construction support team dedicated to assisting Supervisors, Construction Managers, and Customers through every stage of the build. Known for her drive, positive attitude, and commitment to team development, Ursula is passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
At Avia, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the Building Support team and bringing the company’s vision to life on the construction front.
Outside of work, Ursula is a busy mum deeply involved in her children’s sporting lives, particularly soccer and baseball. She and her husband also manage a local baseball club, where they serve as President and Vice President. A passionate renovator, Ursula spends any spare time renovating their home and designing beautiful spaces for friends and family.
