With over two decades of industry experience, Rob Bishop brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Operations Manager at Avia Homes.
Rob began his career in 2003 as an Apprentice Carpenter, quickly progressing to the office by 2007 where he honed his skills in Estimating and Procurement for over 11 years. His operational expertise has since spanned seven years, working across some of Australia’s most respected residential builders including Glenvill, Simonds, Ausbuild, Brighton, Porter Davis, Clarendon and Orbit. This breadth of experience has shaped his reputation as a grounded, solutions-driven professional with a meticulous eye for process and performance. A proud supporter of the Newcastle Knights and New South Wales Rugby League, Rob brings both passion and precision to everything he does.
