His journey began as a carpentry and joinery apprentice, where he honed hands-on skills across commercial high-rise developments, custom homes, extensions, renovations, and general maintenance. Greg advanced his career by earning an Advanced Certificate in Building Supervision / Clerk of Works, which paved the way for his Builder’s Licence. Transitioning into the volume home building sector, he has spent the last 17 years progressing from site management to Building and Operations Management, later taking on building development responsibilities. Renowned for his leadership and strategic insight, Greg ensures projects are delivered with precision and quality. He remains committed to professional growth, holding a Diploma in Project Management alongside various continuing professional development and leadership courses. At Avia Homes, Greg plays a pivotal role in driving operational success, bringing inspired living to life through every project. Outside of work, he embraces a healthy lifestyle, enjoying cycling, gym sessions, and caravan camping adventures.
