Hayden Ashton is a seasoned property professional with a proven track record across legal, acquisitions, and high-performance sales and marketing.
His career spans domestic and international markets, with involvement in some of South East Queensland’s largest residential projects, including large-scale apartment developments, townhome communities, and masterplanned house and land estates. He began his career in property law before moving into acquisitions, where he worked across major residential sites and built a strong foundation in contracts, negotiations, and project feasibility. He later moved into senior sales management for one of Queenslands major residential builders, where he led a high-volume sales team and implemented systems that consistently delivered growth and performance across changing market conditions. Hayden’s approach is grounded in commercial insight and operational execution. He has developed and led sales strategies for diverse product types, coached business owners in sales performance, and worked closely with developers and referral partners to ensure end-to-end delivery from acquisition through to settlement. Now leading the Sales & Marketing division at Avia Homes, Hayden combines structure, discipline, and market intelligence to drive results while building a team culture defined by accountability, support, and continuous improvement.
