Shane cut his teeth in the construction industry at the age of 18, beginning as an apprentice carpenter he has since built an extensive resume spanning over two decades. Having owned his own construction company and personally built and supervised the construction of over 1,000 homes, Shane is familiar with every intricate detail for the construction of a home, making him a tremendous asset to Avia Homes.
Shane prides himself on building reputable relationships with some of Australia’s best trades, suppliers, administrators, and supervisors to ensure that each home is built to a standard matched by very few.
